Our Employee Consultation Group, made up of representatives from every location across our business, plays an active role in driving improvements in our environmental performance.

Making a positive impact on the communities we work in is a core part of who we are. For the past five years, we have proudly partnered with Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, a charity providing essential care and support for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our teams and the support of the Company, we have raised over £150,000 to date. This partnership reflects our ongoing dedication to making a meaningful difference, helping Noah’s Ark continue its vital work and support more families in need.

We are also committed to supporting local schools and businesses, fostering growth and development within our communities. Our employees regularly volunteer for local community projects, lending their time and skills to initiatives that enhance the places where we live and work. This hands-on involvement underscores our belief in creating positive change and building lasting relationships with the communities around us.
